Glenfiddich is a brand of single malt Scotch whisky produced by William Grant & Sons, a family-owned distillery founded in 1887 in Dufftown, Scotland. Glenfiddich is one of the most popular and widely distributed single malt whiskies in the world, known for its distinctive flavour profile and ageing process.

The brief

The challenge for Glenfiddich was to increase its customer base and upsell older whisky to existing customers. To achieve this, we launched a global website in 12 regions, with the aim of bringing whisky to life through an engaging and beautiful platform. The website offered immersive experiences such as tasting notes with the Malt Master, inspiring new customers to try Glenfiddich and providing existing customers with an enhanced experience.

The focus was on increasing engagement and consumer understanding of the products through a dynamic CRM programme. By creating a visually stunning and interactive website, we enabled Glenfiddich to reach a wider audience and offer an unparalleled whisky experience.
