Fiorelli has a renowned history of inspiring and supporting the working woman, and today is viewed as a pioneer within the global field of women’s accessories. Along with handbags, Fiorelli makes luggage, belts, small leather goods and sunglasses.
The brief
Since 2016, Fiorelli has been part of the Global Brands Group (GBG) following the purchase of former owner, TLG. The group is one of the world’s leading branded fashion companies.
7DOTS were brought on board by GBG to build an e-commerce solution that allowed them to drive omni-channel growth for Fiorelli throughout Europe. And which also provided a brilliant direct-to-consumer experience.
Our approach
Following the adoption of the Fiorelli website on Magento 1, we went on to design and build a new optimised store on Magento Commerce 2.
Magento was selected to ensure we could deliver a brilliant and effective direct-to-consumer brand website, maximise business efficiencies with ERP and fulfilment integrations, and support sales through other channels, including marketplaces and B2B.
Implementing the integration with ERP and fulfilment partners was key, ensuring the business can continue to fulfil orders efficiently as they scale and have visibility of the stock and sales attribution across multiple channels.
Our ongoing support of the brand includes digital marketing activity and we have implemented a powerful SEO strategy that continues to drive more relevant organic traffic year-on-year. And our Conversion Rate Optimisation Strategy ensures visitor sales are maximised, with the experience under continuous review.
The outcome
Fiorelli has been launched on multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Ebay, Zalando with more to follow over time. And over the past three years, online sales have increased by over 20 times.
