The approach

The redesign focused on creating an intuitive, personalized digital experience that reflected Clearwater’s brand values while offering advanced functionality. This includes enhanced and modernised user engagement features that allow users to easily find relevant information by sector, service, or team.
Enable relevant localisation
The platform was designed to support Clearwater’s global operations, with content tailored for different regions. The integration of a geolocation feature automatically delivers relevant regional content, with easy manual selection for users.
Intuitive and simple content management
Using the Silverstripe CMS, the website features dynamic block-based templates, enabling Clearwater’s team to easily manage content, update regional pages, and ensure consistency across all locations.
Personalised user experiences
We created relevant Journeys for all, decluttering the complicated nature of corporate finance to business owners as well as delivering the professional and trusted support to seasoned corporate entities.
In house utilisation
The new website must house a huge amount of business critical resources. Including over 700 reports of previous deals supported by the brand. These resources are critical to the sales journey within the business. With the new sites improved user experience this is now used as in internal research hub for sales material meaning it must be exceptionally robust and easy to update.
